What You’ll Do
Joining Hio as an Customer Support Intern or Fresher, you’ll be integral to our operation strategy with a key focus on Best Service to drive wow experiences for our customers.:
- Answering contacts from customer via phone, chat, email, and social channels
- Managing booking request end to end.
- Ensuring all contacts and booking are being handled within SLA.
- Recording all contacts info into system per guideline
- Sharing feedback to improve SOPs
- Others: to be assigned by the Line Manager (if any)
Who You Are
- Availability: Ready to work full-time, including at least two days on-site, with flexibility for other work arrangements.
- Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Integrity, accountability, assuming responsibility for success
- Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task, and meet schedules
- Adaptable and flexible; able to think quickly in stress situations
