Terms and Conditions for Hio Care App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hio Care (“Application”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Application and any services provided through the Application (“Services”). The Services are provided by Hio JSC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Age and Registration Requirements

To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:
Must be at least the age of majority as required by the jurisdiction where you live.
Provide accurate, true, current and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration form.
Maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate, current and complete.
Upon completion of the registration process, you will create a username and password to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct and Obligations

You agree to use the Application only for purposes that are lawful, ethical and consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
Use the Application in any manner that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers or networks connected to the Application.
Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Application without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hio Care makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hio Care shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any demands, actions, claims, liabilities or settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or alleged to arise from your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Application and Services

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

10. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to all or any part of the Application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
